Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEO and content platform provided by Dependable IT Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you ("you" or "Client") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. The Service

The platform helps businesses plan, generate, publish, and measure search-optimized website content. Depending on your plan, this may include AI-assisted blog and article generation, keyword and topic research, SEO reporting, publishing to connected websites or content management systems, and performance analytics drawn from sources you connect, such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register and to connect any website or third-party account you link to the platform.

3. Client Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the business information, website content, and data you provide, and of the analytics and search performance data you connect. Subject to your payment of applicable fees, you own the finished articles and content the platform generates and publishes for you. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process your information and generate, publish, and report on content on your behalf.

4. AI-Generated Content

The platform uses automated and AI-assisted systems to draft content. While we design the system to produce accurate, high-quality, on-brand material, automatically generated content may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published and for ensuring it is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with any laws or regulations applicable to your business. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, lead, or revenue outcome.

5. Connected Google Accounts

If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, our use of that data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request read-only access and do not modify, delete, or publish anything within your Google account. You may revoke access at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the policies of any connected platform or publishing destination. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to generate spam or manipulative content that violates search engine guidelines.

7. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services, including Google and the website or content management system you publish to. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

8. Fees

If your plan includes fees, you agree to pay the amounts and on the schedule presented to you. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular marketing result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dependable IT Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the platform and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, we will delete your data subject to any legal or contractual retention obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
